Working with investment and lending partners

This page explains, in general terms, how CC Home Developments works with investment and lending partners to fund the purchase and renovation of property. It is provided for information only.

How we work with investment partners

CC Home Developments buys properties that need renovation, carries out the refurbishment, and lets the finished homes out on a long-term basis. Investment and lending partners provide some of the capital used to purchase and renovate those properties.

We focus on residential properties suited to renovation and long-term letting, assessed and taken on individually rather than as part of a fixed programme.

This page is background information about how we work with investment partners. It is not an offer or invitation to invest, and nothing on it should be treated as a financial promotion.

What we look for

  • Property type

Residential properties that are structurally sound but in need of renovation, rather than land or new-build sites.

  • Renovation scope

Projects with a clear route to bringing a property up to a high standard for long-term letting.

  • Letting strategy

Properties suited to long-term residential letting once renovated, rather than short-term resale.

  • Practical fit

Properties we can properly oversee, from purchase through renovation and into letting.

How it works

  1. Enquiry

You get in touch to tell us about your interest in lending or investing.

  2. Discussion

We talk through the kind of arrangement that might suit both sides, on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Agreement

Any arrangement is documented and agreed before funds are committed. We encourage independent advice at this stage.

  4. Updates

We keep partners informed as a property moves through renovation and into letting.

Request further information

We respond to every enquiry personally, and can discuss whether there's a fit before anything is agreed.
